Nathan Alford is the founder of Wrench Works Cloud, a prepay-first service-shop platform built to fix cash-flow gaps and reduce phone tag. WWC lets shops capture deposits and payments up front, send text-to-pay links, and guide customers through a live portal that shows estimates, status updates, optional financing, and approvals in one place. Technicians can attach photos or short clips for visual proof, customers can approve line items with a tap, and managers get cleaner work orders with fewer surprise balances—freeing the front desk to focus on work, not collections. Designed for independent shops and dealerships alike, WWC reflects Nathan’s philosophy: simple tools that make cash flow predictable and communication clear.
Beyond WWC, Nathan founded the National Animal Recovery Authority (NARA), a nationwide service focused on deceased livestock and wildlife removal and compliant disposition. He also founded the Drone Transportation Safety Bureau (DTSB), developing protective netting concepts for parks, schools, and venues; Not Today Aledo, a community safety initiative; and Box It, an upcoming app tackling waste cardboard at scale. Earlier, he launched Parker County Goat Rental—an eco-friendly vegetation control service—which he has since exited.
A single father of three, Nathan brings a “predict–prevent–protect” mindset to every project and a hands-on operator’s eye for branding, agreements, and execution. Nathan’s roots are proudly local: his father, Travis Alford, has owned and operated Weatherford Locksmith Service in Weatherford, Texas, for 36 years—shaping Nathan’s commitment to practical solutions that serve families and businesses across Parker County and, increasingly, nationwide.
